2. No Automatic Refunds
All purchases made on Aajeevansang.com are final. Refunds will not be issued automatically in the following cases:
You change your mind after subscribing.
You do not use the services after payment.
You are dissatisfied due to lack of responses or matches.
Your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
A refund may be issued under specific conditions, including but not limited to:
Technical errors: If a transaction fails but your account is still charged.
Duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription.
Non-activation of services: If your paid services were not activated within a reasonable time after purchase, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days.

SMS/Chat credits or communication packs

Disputes, if unresolved, will be governed by Indian law and handled under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Note:
For refunds related to technical issues of the platform, the request is processed and refund is issued within 24–48 hours of raising a support ticket at support@aajeevansang.com.
No refunds will be issued for non-technical issues, personal preferences, or dislikes of subscription plans and features.
